Domestic and House Keeping Services FAQ

1. What area's do you cover?
Any where with an Birmingham postcode and Black Country area's.

2. Is the company insured?
Yes, We are fully insured through SWINTON insurance.

3. What are your hours of operation?
9am-6pm mondays to Fridays and 9:30an to 4 pm on Saturdays. We occasionally do Sunday cleans if booked in advanced.

4. Do you have an emergency service?
Yes we can arrange for someone to come out 7 days a week 24 hours a day. even on public bank holidays.

5. Will I get a chance to meet my cleaner for domestic services?
Yes, We will arrange a time convenient for you to meet the cleaner.

6. What if I am not happy with the cleaner provided.
Not a problem, We would arrange for you to have another cleaner.

7. Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes, All our cleaners are fully vetted before allowing them on site.

8. What if my regular cleaner goes on holiday?
We would arrange to have a suitable replacement untill your regular cleaner returns.

9. Can I make arrangements for cleaning at a time when I am not home? 
Yes, Quality 1st recognizes that many people are quite busy. As such, it is common for us to complete our services when you are not home. We will make arrangements with you to get access to your property, be it a key or other security access.

10 .What if something breaks while you're cleaning? Are you responsible? 

Quality 1st takes the utmost care in cleaning your home or building. However, if something is damaged by our staff, we will take responsibility for the damage, either through replacement of the damaged item or reimbursement.

11. Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
Yes, There is a minimum of 2.5 hours per visit.

12. Do you collect keys?

Yes, The cleaner would come to your office and collect keys and return them upon completion.

13. Do you give a report of the areas that has been cleaned at the property?
Yes, We give a checklist that clearly states the areas cleaned.

14. Do you offer a removal service?

Yes, We can remove unwanted items.

15. Do you offer an emergency service?
Yes, we can arrange for a cleaner to ocme out to you withing 2 hours guaranteed.

16. Do you have references?
Yes, References are available upon request.
